ArtFolio 2020 - I'm In The Book!

I just recently received an advance copy of an upcoming book, ArtFolio 2020, published by Gliteratti Publishing. The subtitle on the cover is "A Curated Collection of The World's Most Exciting Artists". That's certainly a bit intimidating, isn't it? It is exciting to be selected to have my art appear in the book and I am looking forward to seeing the book become publicly available in Fall 2020. The selection and recognition is an honor and I am proud to have been selected. I know that the recognition of this sort is based on opinion and can be fleeting. It may not mean anything, but it is certainly reaffirming to know that the work is appreciated and it can serve as encouragement to keep pushing forward.  What it does not mean, however, is to stop creative experimentation and keep painting more of the same work.I would find that defeating and uninspiring. So...I will use this selection as an affirmation and keep pushing my art forward. Let's see where we go!
